Terms and Conditions  

1. Entry is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over at the date of entry and reside in the Republic of Ireland.  

2. Entry shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Contact details may be used by Volvo Car Ireland for marketing purposes. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize. 

3. Entrants must be available to travel to the World Final, dates to be announced. If you are not able to travel to the World Final, no cash substitution will be made in lieu. 

4. By entering participants may be required for publicity purposes on behalf of Volvo. 

5. The two qualifiers from each of the National Qualifiers will go forward to play in the National Final and the top two from the National Final will go on to play in the Volvo Masters Amateur World Final.

6. Volvo Car Ireland do not accept any responsibility in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that may lead to the cancelling of the final or any regional or local events held in the name of the Volvo Masters Amateur or any qualifying tournaments. 

7. All entrants must hold a valid Golf Union of Ireland membership. 

8. Volvo accepts no responsibility to participants for personal injury and/or loss or damage of property, at any of the regional and local tournaments up to and including the world Final. 

9. The organisers of this competition are Volvo Car Corporation. Volvo is registered as Volvo Car Ireland, Killakee House, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Tel: 01 4621122. Organisers reserve the right to vary, cancel or modify the Promotion at any time and for whatever reason.
